Delete your Squader account

How to delete your account

1. Open the Squader app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to "Profile" - the last tab in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm. The account and its data are deleted immediately and this cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

First try to recover access: tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen - if an email is linked to the account, a code is sent there and you can then delete the account yourself using the steps above. If you still cannot sign in, write to us and we will delete the account once we have verified that it is yours.

What is deleted

• The account itself: login, display name, avatar, profile description, email.
• Teammate listings and their history.
• Messages in direct chats and group chats, and files you sent.
• Clan and event memberships; clans you created are transferred or deleted.
• Creator subscriptions, notification settings and push tokens.

What is kept and for how long

• Technical server logs (address, time, request type) for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically. They are needed to investigate failures and abuse.
• Anonymized statistics from which a person cannot be identified.
• Records we are required to keep by law - for example payment records, if there were any.
